The pool, basketball court, playground and picnic areas belong to every household in Turnberry. These are the rules that keep them that way.
The Turnberry Homeowners Association undertakes no obligation or duty to ensure the health or safety of any person using the pool. If you choose to use any of the Turnberry pool amenities, you do so at your own risk.
These guidelines summarise Section IX — Swimming Pool, Play & Picnic Areas of the association's Rules and Regulations. The governing document controls in any dispute.

The pool area is for Turnberry residents and their immediate family. Pool wristbands must be worn and kept in view at all times.
The pool furniture is your furniture — maintain it as such. All umbrellas must be closed before you leave, and pool tables are not to be moved.
Owners reserving the cabana area are responsible for cleaning the area afterwards and removing all trash or debris they generate.
Parking in the pool area is for temporary visits to the pool and playground only.
No vehicle may be parked overnight in the pool lot without prior approval. Contact the Property Manager with the vehicle tag number. Overnight parking is limited to a maximum of 72 hours; contact the Property Manager if more time is required.
Pets are not permitted in the community pool, playground, or picnic areas for health reasons.
Playing in the streets is discouraged — the basketball court at the pool is the place for it. There is no lifeguard on duty at any time.
The guidelines above are drawn from the Rules and Regulations dated May 2024. Temporary restrictions published during the 2020 health emergency — occupancy caps, distancing, furniture removal, and time limits — have not been carried across. Confirm whether any of them still stand before this page goes live.
